Positives:
1) International work experience
2) Client-facing role,
3) Some amount of Business Analysis
4) Cricket comes out as a good hobby, something healthy to talk about beyond work

Areas of improvement:
1) Not much on leadership skills, need to talk more about projects where you showcased leadership skills.
2) Acads is weak, GMAT is low for both ISB and IIM PGPEX and even your previous acad scores are low.
3) Work exp is good to go for ISB, but IIM PGPEX programs look for people with higher work-exp.

Thanks For your reply,

Things can be improved easily are
Leadership, Project Management, soft & comm skills...etc
even, GMAT score can be improved further to 720-730 by re-taking the exam.

How about my past low acadmics ?
Do you think my profile will be sorted out because of low school academics ?
Please advise me the best way to compensate my school academics by show something strong in some other factor?

Low graduation score does play a role. Ways to signal that you are good academically:

1) Get a 720+ GMAT, it does compensate for low acads
2) Research paper presented in an national/international conference, paper published in reputed journal
3) Independent research projects with a strong quantified impact

Hi Salma,

Firstly, you have missed deadlines for IIM A, B, C exec programs for this yr. So, you can apply next yr only.

Also, your work ex. is below average for IIM's ( they have close to 10 yrs of avg work ex) and your GMAT score is not great enough to compensate for less work ex.

So, look at ISB this year. Given your international experience and balanced profile you can get an interview call.

For IIM's retake GMAT to push your score to a 730+ or so to give a good shot next year in case you dont get into ISB this year.
