co-ordinate geometry

The distance from the X-axis to point P is half the distance from the y-axis to point P. if the coordinates of P are (x,-7), how many units is P from the y-axis?

A. 3.5
B. 7
C. 9.8
D. 10.5
E. 14

Could any one help me visualize it with a diag . please ? Appreciate your help!
