GMAT prep software?????

My question goes to the Instructors as well the people who have taken the GMAT how similar is the level for actual GMAT exam compared to the PrepCAT available on the Mba.com site. questions???

Contrary to most posts, the Quants portion is pretty much the same. However, the verbal portion is a tad different. The CR questions are a bit more demanding and the SC questions are slightly tougher.

That being said, the GMATPrep CATs should serve as a more than decent estimate of how you will score on test day. Barring any extreme circumstances, your actual score should not differ by more than 20 points.

To add on to what the gmatsensei (I like the name by the way) said, some people find the GMAT math section easier on the GMATPrep than on the actual test because some test prep companies base some of their questions in their question banks off of GMATPrep questions.
