That being said, the GMATPrep CATs should serve as a more than decent estimate of how you will score on test day. Barring any extreme circumstances, your actual score should not differ by more than 20 points.
To add on to what the gmatsensei (I like the name by the way) said, some people find the GMAT math section easier on the GMATPrep than on the actual test because some test prep companies base some of their questions in their question banks off of GMATPrep questions.
