Mean to the Median

In a set of evenly spaced integers, the mean = median.

For example take:

5, 10, 15

What is the median?...10

And the mean?...10

In this question, we have 7 consecutive integers and the smallest one is x.

Thus, the integers are:

x, (x+1), (x+2), (x+3), (x+4), (x+5), (x+6)

The middle number (x+3) is both the median and mean of the set.
