Hello,

Your career is a critically important element in your MBA application (the three pillars being GMAT, GPA, and work experience).

In your application, optimize your career by clarifying ways you've had impact in your work, provided leadership (formal or informal), excelled relative to accomplished peers, gained both in-depth industry and functional exposure and broad cross-functional exposure, interacted with a range of people, and met/overcome challenges. International work experience is also good to emphasize if you've had it.

Best regards,
