Which practice test best to spot strengths and weaknesses?

Manhattan GMAT CAT does a pretty good job.

The results will not only show you the questions you got wrong, but it will also show you the section of the question that you got wrong. Like if you got the 10 question in quant wrong - it would show you what topics were tested in that particular question such as Number properties, percentages, ratios, etc.

I'll be taking my first Free Kaplan Onsite test tomorrow will let you know how good that was...
