EssaySnark isn't an expert with Nanyang and Singapore so hopefully someone else can comment on those schools for you.

We'd also need to know what your academic history is, preferably as converted to the U.S. 4.0 GPA system (but even if you were to just tell us your standing from your Indian university that would be a start). All the top bschools in the U.S. need to see evidence of strong academics, so your undergrad performance will matter a lot. The GMAT score is fine though as you probably know, you're competing against an awful lot of other candidates who are "just like you" - other Indians in technology - and your current GMAT score is certainly sufficient, but it won't help set you apart from the pack.

In terms of the American schools you've listed, Tuck is the most selective of that group, followed by Anderson, Tepper, and Cornell. Tuck is a very hard school to get an offer at. They are incredibly concerned about "fit" and culture, and in fact they encourage all candidates to visit campus before applying -- yes, even though you're all the way in India right now!! The other three schools are somewhat less competitive, though certainly you'll need to write really compelling essays to highlight your leadership experiences and impact on the job and in the community, as a way to differentiate yourself from others. You'll also want to discuss your career goals in detail, and explain why you need to come to the U.S. for an education in order to pursue them.

It sounds like you should have some good material to leverage for your essays. The Toastmasters experience is good. You'll want to keep the focus of your essays on what you've done since graduating (you especially should not go as far back as high school days to discuss anything from that time - it's simply too long ago to be relevant in this context). If you can seek out more ways to add value at your job, it will help!

We feel that given an IT profile and 710 GMAT score Tuck and UCLA will be aspirational. CMU and Cornell can be targeted given essays and LoR's are strong.

You have decent chances @ NUS and NTU. But remember...these schools follow rolling admissions. So, its always beneficial to apply early i.e. in the month of November. These schools have limited seats ( around 120) and they see a rush of apps in December after ISB admission cycles are over.
