Occasionally attending at least one of the city's cultural events, which this week include plays, film premieres and gallery openings, breaks up the monotony of the workweek.

My say:

Occasionally attending at least one of the city's cultural events,....., break/breaks up the monotony of the workweek.
Here break is referring to the act of attending the event.
So answer should be A,B or E.

Again include refers to the events so use of includes is wrong.
So answer is A.
What is OA ?
