Your age is not a problem for European programs and is only a minor issue (something that needs explaining: why applying now rather than before, etc.) for U.S. schools. It lowers your odds a bit at U.S. schools but should not prevent you from applying.

Your international profile is outstanding and your leadership seems good. Lack of extracurriculars will be an issue at U.S. schools though not necessarily a deal-breaker (given your interesting international career).

Regarding your undergrad education, you will need a degree from an accredited four-year university or its equivalent.

Your GMAT is fine for most schools. If you are aiming high, such as LBS, you might consider trying to raise it closer to 720 or so, but a 690 is a strong enough score to apply with.

Don't worry about that. The schools will take your highest score. (Some schools will even take your highest quant and verbal scores from multiple tests). Up to three attempts are fine for most schools.
