You appear to have the foundation for a competitive application to any program. It is how well you put your application together that will result in an offer of admission. It is not enough to have a good GMAT/GPA and an impressive resume. You must also have concrete examples in your essays and present a strong rationale for why you need a MBA for your desired career path. Finally, I encourage everyone to apply to at least 1 safety school so you might want to add a school in the top 20-40 range as your back up plan.

I think your GMAT score and grades in your subsequent courses do help to mitigate your undergraduate GPA. There will be variance from schools on whether it is enough or not, but I think you demonstrate you can handle the coursework in business school. Likewise, you have an engineering degree from a selective school, so that will work to your favor.
