Hey guys,
I am a new user here and just wanted to share my experience of my first GMAT power prep exam with no preparation at all.
I scored a miserable 360 and I identified many reasons for it.
# 1. I realized, I have lost the 'thing' of sitting and giving the exam in one shot. I am not pacing myself at all and finished quant 10 mins earlier and verbal 15 mins earlier. Perhaps, the eagerness of finishing the exam and checking the score kicked in.
# 2. I am not that bad in quant and regularly used to crank up in mid 700's when I gave my GRE 5 years back. I have just forgotten almost all formulae's
.
# 3 In Verbal, I think Critical Reasoning might be my weakest area.
I just wanted to know what you guys did specially with regards to #1, if you faced something similar initially in your preparation. I am pretty sure if I do that part well, # 2 and # 3 will be better. My target score is 700+ which seems a long shot from my current score but I still think I can achieve it.
Thanks !!
