Ans A

Ans is not B or D as the subject (the organization) does not agree with the verb. Organization is singular. So the verb should be admits not admit.

E changes the meaning of the sentence. The restriction is on women not patriot. Even otherwise it is kind of hard to have descended from one person.

C is not restrictive enough. A shows that membership is restricted to certain groups of ppl.

re: B and D, actually if it wasn't a name it should have been plural, regardless of the bit between the commas...

The sons of Adam, a pair of wackos, were not good brothers.

But because "Daughters of the American Revolution" is a name of an organization, it's singular, like a movie name

Reservoir Dogs is a great movie.
