GMAT Score:700
HI all,

Today I gave the GMATprep official test. Scored 710 (q48,v40).

My GMAT is scheduled on 30th June. The thing is I have always been targeting a score around 750

Now I want to know, if experts would suggest me postponing the exam for a month, or is there, not much left to prepare now.

Should I just start wrapping up my preparation (Can a last revision round, help me boost up 20-30 more points) or should I postpone the exam till end of next month.....probably learn more and get a better shot at 750

Anything less than 740 would not make me happy
and since I am just on border of 700, I fear the murphy's law......what if i end up getting 690...ill be doomed :)

Urgent advice needed....just one day left to postpone exam.

Thanks in advance
Success is a journey.....enjoy every moment of it

dude i guess your preparation is over you just need some extra confidence
normally whtever you get on gmat prep you get some 20 to 30 +on actual gmat
so i believe no need to postpone date just wrap up your studies and give exam
all the best
Ideation without execution is delusion

The question is: how confident are you right now with the really tough math questions? 2 days ago I scored on GMATPrep a 770 (Test No. 2 - first time I've ever done it) and noticed, that many of the math questions were not really tough (in comparison to the hard ones in OG). My personal conclusion from this is that GMATPrep might have a lot of different questions but not so many from the 700-800 range. But this is really just my view.

Anyways: I scored 740 today on the real thing, so there definitely are people who score lower on the actual GMAT than on GMATPrep.

Your best bet is to concentrate on Quant since your verbal is already 40s. A 50 Quant with a 40 in verbal should give 750.
