Strategy doubt

Hi ,
I have scheduled my exam on 25th May . I am working over OG 11 , 12 and weekly tests.
Is it necessary to buy out OG13 ?
along side i have been giving prep tests multiple times by install-uninstall strategies.
Can anyone recommend any free tests ?

If you plan to take the test before June 5th (when the new IR section is added), you don't really need the OG13.
