Hi Matmasi,
You quant scores are decent. Since you have a master's degree in Finance and are planning to go for an MBA - you are in a very different boat than most of the candidates.
This year with a GMAT score of 710 to apply to FT ranking schools is definitely going to be a tough call. Especially, this year in U.S - you are competing with some cream of the crop candidates - most of whom were laid off from some really good fortune 1-10 firms, GMAT scores of 740 - 770 with a very solid educational backgroud. However, If I were you, I would still pick couple a "mix" of 1st tier and 2nd tier schools and give it your best shot.
