Hi,

I just took the exam and my score was 640 (43,35). The GmatPrep that I took had the following scores: 700, 750, 720, 740, 740, 760, 780, 770, 760, 770

I know that after the second one some exercises are repeated, but do you think it's normal such a difference with the real one?

Plus, it seems I need to improve especially in the Verbal part: do you have any specific suggestions?

Thanks a lot.

your first two scores are 700 and 750 using the GMAT PREP CATs... was that the first time you took each test?

Around 48/43 (Consider however that after some exams the Verbal part has more questions already done that the Quant part has, at least as far as I noticed). And in the real exam 43/35.

Do you have any suggestions on how to improve especially the Verbal? Should I get back to the theory (Manhattan or what?), or continue to practice instead? (I finished all the OG questions though, and I don't really know on what to practice again).

Thanks.

verbal - it really depends on what types of questions you're getting wrong. i would suggest reviewing sentence corrections and critical reasoning. i saw the biggest improvements by focusing on SC.

i am not sure what your target score is, but you will see dramatic increase by improving your math by ~5 points and your verbal by ~2-3 points
