Target2009 ,

I got that in E since "occured" is missing thus it is not correct.

However can somebody please clarify why option C is not correct.

I thought that C was incorrect since you date an noun, not a verb. Although I could be wrong.

Doubt: Why is E wrong ?
E changes the meaning i.e it means that the domestication was around 12th century BC and now the same is no more done........therefore E is wrong
