If a < 0, is b > 0.
(1) a/b < 0.
(2) b - a > 0.

Should be A

Problem with B:

b-a>0

a = -4

b =3>0

3-(-4) = 7>0

a=-4

b= -3<0

-3-(-4) = 1>0

1. a/b< 0

if a<0, b has to be greater than 0 to satisfy the eqn. a/b<0
so, stmt 1 is sufficient to ans. the Q.

2. b-a>0

if a= -5, and b= 7, then 7-(-5)>0
but if a=-4 and b=-2, then -2-(-4)>0
then, b could either be greater than or less than 0.
so, stmt 2 is not sufficient to ans. the Q.

Ans is 'A'
