answer :A

Stmt 1:
50 is in K. so r=50, r+1=51
now r=51, r+1=52
therefore numbers afetr 50 are all in K..that means the series start from 50...sufficient

Stmt 2:

following foot steps of stmt 1 we cant say whether the series starts from 150 or 50 or 100.... insufficient
