Hi,

In the HEC Paris MBA application, there is a question to describe your international exposure -

Please describe any significant international exposure you have had, including childhood residence, holidays, exchange programs, professional assignments etc. (From - month and year, To - month and year, Duration in months, Description)

My question is that whether freelancing with clients from the US, Italy count as international exposure under professional assignments? I have had multiple of these and some lasting more than 4 months and one with the Princeton Review. Do these count?

Yes absolutely they count! If you can comment on the exposure/involvement and interaction and hopefully what insights you gained or something you learned from working with international clients then that's even better.

Try and list as many international experiences as possible by backing them up with how they impacted you and/or what you learned.

All the best
