I am planning on taking GMAT by the end of August. Are there any good institutes that offer a 4 to 6 week classroom coaching along with practice tests. I am looking for centers in one of the following cities in India: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi.

As far as classroom coaching is concerned, IMO Princeton review is the best available in India. I can't think of any other good institute in India. The problem with local coaching classes is that they emphasize more on quants than on verbal (But verbal is of prime importance in GMAT esp for non-native english speakers like us). Their verbal coaching is also a bit off from what is being tested in GMAT.

Better go for a universally renowned institute such as Princeton Review, Kaplan. You may also consider online classes such as Knewton, Veritas etc.. See what is best for you! Good luck!

If India is anything like France then there is probably a shortage of good local teachers. This means that Kaplan, and Princeton will probably have pretty low standards during their hiring process. I think papgust's idea of enrolling in an online class may be your best bet. Also, buy the Manhattan books, and use the online forums. These sources are invaluable.
