I am planning to give the exam in coming august, i just want to tell you something really interesting i have read a very interesting article
"Common mistakes and the best way to avoid them" in Prepwizard.com
well it is really article what do you think about it.

I am also having same opinion as you are having about the article after reading your post i have gone through that same article "Common mistakes and the best way to avoid them" in Prepwizard.com
We gathered lot of information from it well thanks friend for informing us about such a nice article.

I like the articles. THe DS information is not bad either.

I just checked out this website. It also sells simulated gmat tests. Has anyone tried their tests and can
share whether their scoring and questions are accurate and reflective of the actual exam? it would be nice to know.

Regarding the article, I liked it but I think it only covers 90% of the possible mistakes,
I tried to implement this article on my own mistakes and I found that about 10% do not fit with any category.
I liked one of the other articles much more: One of our weaker points: The end.

Hi Rose05 ,

I bought their software a few days ago and I think their simulations and their Question Bank are very good.
They have a free demo so you can try it and decide for your self.

You yourself have a very informative article on INSEAD. And your score improvement over time is nothing less than impressive.

After seeing this post I just went to check the website. They have something called question of the day, and I looked at it...

Of the 800 people surveyed, 70 like both pizza and hamburgers, and 340 like neither pizza nor hamburger. If the number of people who like pizza is 3 times the number of people who like hamburgers, how many people like pizza but do not like hamburger?

1> 135
2> 270
3> 325
4> 405
5> 540

A simple sets problem I thought, and starting doing the maths in mind. The answer I got was not a real number, thinking that there was some problem with the mental computation, brought a paper and pen and wrote down equations... Still the same rational number. I guessed C and clicked OK. Surprisingly I was right... :wink:

Now comes the interesting part, in the answer explanation they use 80 instead of 70 :o

I would not recommend this site to anyone, If they are unable to differentiate between 70 and 80, they should not be messing life of GMAT aspirants...
