Dear Himanshu,

I wish I could be of more help on your questions, but I'm afraid the MSc programs in the UK are a little outside of my realm of expertise. Perhaps others on this forum are more familiar?

Generally speaking, I do not think your 75% will hold you back or be seen as below average as that is generally considered first class or higher. Likewise, if you do score 700+ on the GMAT, it will further demonstrate your aptitude. Your part-time work experience is interesting and should help to differentiate you from the many other Indian electrical/software engineers in the applicant pool. The main concern in the MBA world would be on your lack of professional experience post-bachelor's degree--so why you feel you are ready now. You need to verify the view of professional work experience by your target schools for the MSc programs. It will be important for you to convey a solid rationale for why you want the degree in relation to your future career goals and why now is the appropriate time.

Best of luck,
Lisa
