I'm looking to get into a school requiring a min 500. Think it's good enough or am I destined to retake the GMAT? The school also requires a min 3.0 gpa and I have a 3.37. I expected somewhere in the 600's but froze up on quant.

If the school you're seeking requires a minimum 500 to attend, then it looks like you're in good shape. Your GPA appears to exceed the required minimum too.

If the other elements of your application (work experience, essays, recos) seem pretty solid, then you may want to just stick with what you have.

Good luck, and let us know what you decide!

Thanks! I started worrying that my application may not be competitive enough even though I'm above the requirements. I'll keep my hopes up. I also just found out that I received a 5 on the AWA. I was hoping that might help my application but I hear most schools don't care much as long as you get a 4 or better.
