Hey Ankur!
Hearty congratulations buddy. I wanted to know if the first deadline for applying in round 1 is October then by when would it be advisable to apply or start the application process. I also wanted to know how much time did u take to give THE GMAT since u have mentioned u started in march 2011.

Hey Mohnish. Thanks! I am really not in a position to answer the first one. But yes, 2-3 months should be a fair amount of time if you want to come up with great essays.(Remember, you need to do lot of introspection and brainstorming).
As I am full time employed + I was really very weak at Verbal, I gave myself enough time to understand the GMAT VERBAL. I took somewhere around a year, but last 1.5 months were very intensive.
