HI,
I have completed the quant (PS and DS) in og12.I have also completed the Manhattan Guides(Word problems and Equations inequations ) and the Kaplan 2010 premier.I still make silly mistakes as in (2+4=8) and somehow hook up on some difficult problems in the practice tests spending too much of time.I ended up getting a score of (37-43) in quant on the kaplan mock tests which come with the 2010 premier. In most of these tests got around 13-14 questions wrong in quant. My questions are:
What best can i do now to gain and increase my quant and increase my quant score (i want to get a 50 on the real test)
I am unable to figure out my weak areas in quant, the reason being ..if i fare well on a particular section in this weeks practice test i end up messing the same section(randomly) on the next.
i have 3 weeks left for the exam is there something that i can do to increase my quant score...Please Help

At the risk of pointing out things you're already doing:

1) occasional silly mistakes are a problem on the GMAT because of the length of time you have to concentrate. If you are making many, more full-length practice may help you build endurance
2) if you are making many careless errors, consider adding 10 seconds of error-checking into questions, making sure your answer makes sense and you did your computations correctly
3) consider building in a time check -- after X number of problems, verify that you are on pace to finish the test. If you find yourself behind, consider guessing (without much hesitation) on the next problem you get that you don't know how to solve. The idea is to get as many questions as you COULD answer correctly; if you can't do it, or can't do it without using up the time for two questions, you need to get some of that time back.
