Initially,
Let 100 ounces = $100
$1 per ounce

After increase in number of ounces,
125 ounces = $100
$100/125 per ounce

% decrease in price per ounce = [(1 - 100/125) / 1] * 100 = (1/5) * 100 = 20 %

Option B

4 ounces at $5 per ounce = 4*5 = $20.
The number of ounces increased by 1/4 = 4 + (1/4)4 = 5.
5 ounces at the same price = 20/5 = $4 per ounce.
Percent decrease in price per ounce = (5-4)/5 * 100 = 20%.

The correct answer is B.
