Well first of all, you can't portray all those qualities in every essay. One essay may bring out maturity, interpersonal skill, and communications ability. Another may illustrate motivation, energy, initiative, and technical skills. And a third may reveal broad interests, curiosity, commitment or something else you didn't mention above. That's OK.

The best way to solve you problem is to provide an anecdote that illustrates the qualities and traits you claim to have and answers the question you are addressing. Just claiming the traits or making grand declarative statements about these attributes is boring and ineffective.
