660 on your GMAT is a little low, especially for an Indian candidate. However, your GPA is good. You can see from Haas' class profile (https://ewmba.haas.berkeley.edu/communit ... ofile.html) that the median GMAT score is 700 with an undergraduate GPA of 3.4.

Your work experience is good. As for your career goals, present it explicitly as remaining in the technology industry but moving functionally to finance (so you do not appear as a career switcher). Has your HR department already said that you can move into corporate finance while you complete your MBA (or afterwards)? If so, you would want to say this.

I think you have a good chance at admission that would be strengthened with a higher GMAT score.
