Evaluations are free. If you are looking for free Resume review and essay reviews - I recommend you reach out to your network to see if someone graduated from that particular school and can give their feedback.
However, keep in mind those folks may not be experts because they can only speak on behalf of their one-time experience.
I know this does not help you 100% but should give you some direction.
