I am an Indian resident working in US for last 3+ years in Information Technology. I have overall 14 years of experience and I am 36 years of age. I am planning to do fulltime MBA starting Fall of 2011. The primary reason I want to do MBA is for career change. I want to move out of IT to Finance or Consulting. I would like to know how business schools see older candidates around my age. Is the system biased against or in favor of older candidates? After MBA do older candidates get difficulty in finding good jobs?
