A daycare charges 125% of the regular daily tuition fee for children under five years of age, with the exception of children under 2, who incur a rate of twice the regular daily tuition fee. What amount did the daycare charge last week in total tuition fees?

(1) The regular daily tuition fee is $20.

(2) There was a total of 15 children attending the daycare each day last week, and there were no children who were under 2 years of age.

Statement 1: We don't know the number and category of children who attended the daycare. Insufficient

Statement 2: Though we know the overall number of children, we don't know the number of children below the age of 5. Plus, we don't know the regular daily tuition fee either. Insufficient

Both: Still we've yet to know the number of children under the age of five.

So, the answer is indeed E
