(B) added to which is English, Spanish, and Italian words
(C) to which English, Spanish, and Italian words have been added
(D) with English, Spanish, and Italian words having been added to it
(E) and, in addition, English, Spanish, and Italian words are added

Not too confident with this one but I think its A

B mis placed modifier "which"

C may be right, can't find anything readily wrong with it

D I think this is the wrong tense. The present perfect continuous is inappropriate

E this is awkward and I think the "and, in addition" is redundant.

(A) to which has been added English, Spanish and Italian words [for words@plural we need have]
(B) added to which is English, Spanish, and Italian words [again same subject-verb issue]
(C) to which English, Spanish, and Italian words have been added
(D) with English, Spanish, and Italian words having been added to it [words added to it IMV would've been better instead of having been]
(E) and, in addition, English, Spanish, and Italian words are added [in addition, added - redundancy as pointed by osirus0830

so my take is C, rest of choices just don't sound correct

i got C as well - thankfully... but I can't explain "scientifically" to myself why the others are incorrect... which i think is a skill that I need to develop.
