B is the correct Answer.

Arugument talks about 2 things

HP -> High performance
AT -> Ade Training

HP needs AT

H.p does not depend on Hi-Tech Equipment.

We need a bring relationship b/w Hi-Tech Equipment and Ade Training. Which B captures very well
