IMO C
(R^c)(R^d)(R^e) = R^-12
= R^(c+d+e) = R^-12
= c+d+e = -12

If we have to make all the digits as different and keep c shortest, the best possible combination is c=-9, d = -1, e= -2

Hence, C = -9

I think it should be C

If R = 1 and the smallest c is -12, the other 2 will be raised to 0 which aren't -ve and not different

if c = -10, other 2 = -1, same scenario

if c= -9, a = -1, b = -2, and R^-12
