modification error q

Choose the sentence(s) without modification errors.
I. Destroying all evidence, the criminal's plan worked perfectly.
II. By destroying all of the evidence, the plan went off without a hitch.
III. The criminal, by destroying all of the evidence, did not get caught committing a crime.
IV. After he destroyed all of the evidence, the criminal knew that his plan would work.
