For many people, household labor remains demanding even if able to afford household appliances their grandparents would find a miracle.

It is not A and B because of the word miracle
it is not E because "which" is not modifying properly
It is not D because I feel like although is misused here
I will vote for C

Guys plz explain y the ans to this is A and not B.
