i boiled it down to B and D .though i feel "they" in D can be ambiguous but i am not sure as how big this pronoun ambiguity error is in option D for "while" clause is parallel to the main clause and so "they" sud technically refer to "many people" and not "pit bulls"
so i have got some questions to instructors
doubt 1: is "they" really ambiguous in D
doubt 2: can pronoun "they" ever refer to animal such as "pit bulls"
doubt 3: is "even while" usage correct or is it redundant ?
instructors kindly guide
thanks and regards

B is the right choice why?
A and E is out because comparison is wrong, the sentence is comapring different types of dogs. we need "pit bulls" just after "Unlike german ...." C and D are out because they are wordier and the use of "they" isnt clear. B wins
