(A) the introduction of new methods of surgically implanting artificial and human organs.
(B) the introduction of new surgical implantation methods of human and artificial organs.
(C) the surgical introduction of new artificial and human organ implantation methods.
(D) the introduction of implantation methods of new artificial and human organs.
(E) the introduction of methods of surgically implanting new artificial and human organs.
The referent for a modifier must be CRYSTAL CLEAR.

B: new surgical implantation methods
Here, it is unclear whether new serves to modify implantation (implying that the IMPLANTATION is new) or to methods (implying that the METHODS are new).
Eliminate B.

C: new artificial and human organ implantation methods
Here, it is unclear whether new serves to modify organ (implying that the ORGAN is new), to implantation (implying that the IMPLANTATION is new), or to methods (implying that the METHODS are new).
Eliminate C.

D and E: new...human organs
Here, the conveyed meaning is that the HUMAN ORGANS did not previously exist and thus are NEW.
This meaning is nonsensical.
The intended meaning is that the METHODS did not previously exist and thus are new.
Eliminate D and E.

The correct answer is A.
