n is to the left of 0 on the number line, i.e. n < 0
As n² < 1/100, n lies between -1/10 and 1/10

Hence, -1/10 < n < 0
--> 1/n < -10

The correct answer is A.

the numerical gives

n^2 < 1/100 meaning -1/10 < n < 1/10.

taking reciprocal

-10 > 1/n > 10.

A fits the bill.
