total man hours required = 6*10 = 60

man hours done till 6 pm = 6*6 = 36

between 6-7 man hours = 7
between 7-8 man hours = 8
between 8-9 man hours = 9

thus total = 36 + 7+8+9 = 60.

hence E.

6B - 10 hrs = 60 hrs.
Noon(12) to 6 PM = 6B x 6hrs = 36 hrs.
Added 1 B hr = (6 x 1)+1= 7 hrs(36+7 = 43)
Added another B hr = (6 x 1)+2 = 8hrs(43+8 = 51)
Add another B hr = (6 x 1)+ 3 = 9 Hrs(51+9 = 60

Hence, 6 PM + 3 hrs = 9PM
Hence, E.
