IMO 'B'
1.i=10....no details for j...Not sufficient
2.i=j so i+j=2*i...which will always be even...sufficient..
What is the Original Answer?

OA is B,

But why i and j cannot equal to zero. because it is not mentioned that i and j are different integers .

therefore, i = j = 0,

then, B is also insufficient,

If j = 0 and i = 0 and i + j = 0 then then B would still be the correct answer because 0 is an even integer. Does that make sense?

You are 100% correct - however, that has nothing to do with this question!

0 is an even "uncharged" integer.
