Shrtest way to solve this problem is ...which ever country's recycle and disposed material numbers are close to each other will have lowes t ratio

That's what I thought too which is why I picked E because 3,300 is much closer to 16,200 than 13,000 is to 15,400. Yet the OA is "C"???

A. 142/16 is about 9/1

B. 48/8 = 6/1

C. 51/13 is about 50/12 or 4/1

D. 20/4 = 5/1

E. 16/3 = 5.xxxxx/1
