Dear udiudi,

Congratulations on your new score! Generally speaking, if your GMAT score is within the mid-50% range for your target schools, then you are in a competitive position in terms of the GMAT. Ideally, you want to be at or above the average for a school. With a 700, you should be in a competitive position with your GMAT for any school. However, you are right that it is not the most important or only component, so be sure to put in the effort to submit the strongest possible application.

Good luck,
Lisa
