Correcting Sentence Correction?

Hi all. Yesterday I completed the OG 13's verbal diagnostic. I went:

16/17 on reading comp
and
17/17 on critical reasoning

However, the wheels fell off on sentence correction. Half of the answers I would have never guessed. Is the MGMAT guide on SC sufficient?
