I am planning on retaking the GMAT in a month. My problem area is with critical reasoning and I want to know if there are any tips and strategies I can work on to improve that area. I have tried doing problems over and over but I keep making the same mistakes.

Have you tried the Powerscore CR Bible? It is a good book to improve your CR skills.

If you could get your hands on any of the LSAT material that too might help. LSAT CR is not exactly the same as GMAT but the CR puzzles covered in LSAT material and the approach they use really helps in building a good strategy for tackling the GMAT CR.
