By most accounts I've read, they have a terrific program and is ranked ~20. I've always been curious why Kelley doesn't get as much attention as similarly ranked schools. Is it because it's not in a large market and isn't a "conventional" feeder school into high finance and consulting? (excluding their undergrad IB workshop).

How do you guys think IU Kelley is generally perceived by employers and other MBA's?

I have put much thought into whether or not I should apply... and I'm still not sure.

It seems a bit too regional, and I'm not interested in building a career in the midwest.

I feel the same way. I looked further into their program and I really think it's pretty solid. Much like you, my only reservation is whether the school's name will travel well outside the region, especially if I decide to work internationally (as I currently do).
