IMO A.
I think this "only" is important.
Dropping "only" as in C, can change meaning that may be men are also admitted.
A:
The Daughters of the American Revolution, a volunteer service organization, admits as members only women who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution.
C:
The Daughters of the American Revolution, a volunteer service organization, admits admits as members women who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution.
