I'm lost on this one. Can you explain it?

I've been working through MGMAT program and just took test #2.

When I went to view my score, I flipped out because it went down 40 points. After reviewing the questions, I realized that the number of difficult questions (700-800 level) increased from 2 on test #1 up to 20 on test #2.

How is it possible that I did well enough to get all these difficult questions but my score still went down?

MGMAT tests purport to be accurate of your "true" score within 50 points. You could have just had a bad test - I wouldn't worry too much about it.
