{A} - INCORRECT; "the comparison modifier is better seperated using comma"
{B} - CORRECT;
{C} - INCORRECT; we need "other" with planets; "because of it" is a dependent clause.. can't be seperated using ";"
{D} - INCORRECT; we need "other" before plants
{E} - INCORRECT; "because of it" is a dependent clause.. can't be seperated using ";"

Hi guerrero,

The words "unlike" and "like" are common "triggers" for Comparison/Parallelism rules (and often appear as the first word in a sentence). The "intent" of the prompt is to make a comparison between Mercury and other planets in the solar system.

Answers B, C and E properly order the Comparison with a Modification rule. Eliminate A and D.

Since we're comparing Mercury to OTHER planets, C and E don't make sense (the word "all" is incorrect because we're not comparing Mercury to itself).

Final Answer: B
